SK2000 digital electronic scale is used in hundreds of food processing plants for portion control and grading applications throughout the food industry. Removable stainless steel platform makes clean-ups a snap. The SK2000 is LFT and NSF approved. The SK-2000 is perfect for people operating a convenience store but really don't want to spend all the money for a price computing scale. The SK-2000 is popular with candy store owners because of the price, large 9.05" (W) x 7.48" (D) removable stainless steel platform and operates on 6 'D' size batteries (not included) up to 1200 hours with alkaline batteries. An optional 110V AC Adapter is available for purchase.
